Welcome to SVR 2023!

SVR – Symposium on Virtual and Augmented Reality is the premier conference on VR and AR in Brazil. It is annually hosted by the Special Interest Group on Virtual Reality - CERV of the Brazilian Computer Society - SBC. SVR 2023 was held In-Cooperation with the ACM/SIGGRAPH.

The event occured from November 6th to 9th in Rio Grande, RS, Brazil. It was organized by the Computer Science Center - C3 at the Federal University of Rio Grande - FURG, which is affiliated with the Graduate Program in Computing - PPGComp and the Graduate Program in Computational Modeling - PPGMC. Furthermore, the Robotics and Data Science Center - iTec/FURG and the Intelligent Robotics and Automation Group - NAUTEC are part of the organization.

The conference was held in conjunction with two other major events: SBGames 2023 - Symposium on Computer Games and Digital Entertainment, and SIBGRAPI 2023 - Conference on Graphics, Patterns and Images.
