If you do not already have an account in the JBCS system you will need to create one.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Papers accepted in this stage will be published directly in the journal. All accepted papers must be presented at the conference and must be associated with a different full paid registration.<\/span><\/p><p>When submitting papers to this call, please select \u201cSVR 2025 Fast Track\u201d as the article type in the JBCS system.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authors must<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> either use the \u201cComments for the Editor\u201d field during submission or provide a \u201cCover Letter\u201d together with their submission to provide additional information for the editors, such as:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An explanation of why your manuscript should be published in JBCS<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An explanation of any issues relating to journal policies<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A declaration of any potential competing interests<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The name of the special call that you are submitting for<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The title and venue of previously published papers that this paper extends (if this is the case)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suggestions of potential reviewers for your paper<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All submissions should be in PDF format, following the<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.overleaf.com\/read\/sgfkmgfqzbdz\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">JBCS LaTeX template<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Submissions that do not adhere to the template will be desk rejected. If the submission is accepted, the authors will be asked to provide the source files in LaTeX format. The editorial team will not accept sources in any other format (Word, etc).
