We are pleased to announce that this year, the Pre-Symposium of SVR will include a “Pitch Your Lab” session. This panel aims to present to the public several outstanding laboratories and innovative initiatives in AR/VR/MR/XR, while also identifying, recognizing, publicizing, and valuing research groups and their competencies.

Startups working in these fields are also warmly invited to participate, offering a unique opportunity to showcase their technological solutions, research-driven innovations, and collaborative potential.

The panel also aims to foster and facilitate collaboration between researchers and practitioners with similar and/or complementary interests, as well as to stimulate multidisciplinary, creative, and ambitious projects. Accepted proposals will have approximately 10 minutes to present their projects and research lines during the event.

To participate in the session, we ask laboratories and startups to send a document containing the following information:

  • Proponent
  • Institution or Company
  • Name of the Laboratory or Startup
  • Brief description (maximum 500 words)
  • Lattes curriculum of the laboratory coordinator or LinkedIn/portfolio of the startup lead

This panel will provide a valuable opportunity for various research groups and companies to interact and present their work to the SVR community.

The document should be submitted directly at https://jems3.sbc.org.br/svr2025-pre-symposium
